Announcing the Google Pixel 7 launch date

Google’s next generation of Pixel smartphones, the Pixel 7 series, will launch on October 6, the company has confirmed. Google confirmed the hardware event last night, September 6, just a day before Apple’s “Far Out” event for the iPhone 14 series.

Google has also confirmed that alongside the Pixel 7 series, it will also launch Google’s highly anticipated smartwatch, the Pixel Watch. The Google Pixel 7 series will be powered by Google’s second-generation Tensor chip which the company calls the “Tensor G2” chip. Google Tensor chips debuted last year with the Google Pixel 6 series, and the first generation of the chipsets had a mostly positive response. With the Tensor G2, Google is said to be making things even better.

Netflix’s Ad Level Plan Could Roll Out November 1

The Netflix ad tier plan could be offered as early as November 1 according to a new report this week. It looks like the popular streaming platform went with the new schedule before Disney+ brought its own advertising tier plan to market.

Netflix has spoken of plans to launch the ad-supported plan sometime in 2023, but the schedule has been prepared to compete with Disney, which now offers its own ad-supported plan starting at $7.99 (approximately Rs 639) in the United States on December 8. Netflix clarified that it was initially targeting only a few markets with significant ad spend in countries like the US, UK, Canada, France and Germany.
