The 2022 National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) result is going to be announced today and several memes are taking the internet by storm. NEET aspirants are sharing memes on Twitter and Instagram as they wait for the National Testing Agency (NTA) to announce the results.

This year’s NEET was the largest ever with no less than 18,72,329 candidates registered for the exam. This is a jump of more than 2.5 lakh from last year. This year, the NTA removed the upper age limit for candidates to apply for the entrance exam. This should raise the competition higher.

Passing scores – 50 percentiles – could be as high as 150 points, experts say. Last year, the 50 percentile score for the unreserved category was over 138 points. This was down from 147 in 2020 and 134 in 2019. For admission to top colleges, the threshold of around 600 points is expected. But everything will be clear with the announcement of the result.
