JioMart, which delivers to over 260 cities, was ranked India’s number one trusted brand for online groceries, JioMart operates on a hyperlocal delivery model and is the largest deployment of omnichannel capabilities in India,” Isha highlighted.

Talking about expanding sourcing capacity, she said, “We opened over 2,500 stores during the year to bring our store count to over 15,000, covering an operational area of ​​42 million. of square feet. We have built an extensive supply chain network with modular design and best-in-class automation. We doubled our warehousing and processing space to 670 million cubic feet, connecting supply sites to demand centers across the country. We created over 1,50,000 jobs during the year, growing our employee base to over 3,60,000.”

“We invested in acquisitions and partnerships during the year to enter new categories, strengthen our service capabilities and expand our reach into new markets. We continue to expand our reach to more customers through the addition of a network of stores and merchant partners. We accelerated our New Commerce initiative, which is fueled by the spirit of inclusion. Since our launch two years ago, we have grown our merchant partner base to over 20 lakh partners. We are adding approximately 1,50,000 partners monthly and are on track to partner with 1 crore merchants as we expand our presence to cover the entire country, serving over 7,500 cities and 3 lakh villages over the past 5 coming years,” she added.

Isha Ambani said Reliance’s grocery business is the largest in India, serving customers through a network of nearly 2,500 stores and digital commerce platforms JioMart and Milkbasket.

“We launched Freshpik, a gourmet format, and rolled out 7-Eleven for on-the-go customers. During the year, we strengthened the presence of our own brands by launching several new products in the Staples, Home, Personal Care and General Merchandise categories,” she pointed out.

It is supported by over 200 dedicated ResQ Service Centers, the largest product and brand independent support and service ecosystem in India.
